SHIPPING & DELIVERY

4.1. Shipping Zones

  • West Malaysia (WM): We offer FREE SHIPPING to all orders delivered within WM.

  • East Malaysia (EM): RM30 will be charged on shipments to EM.

  • International Shipping: Unfortunately, international shipping is currently unavailable. We are actively working to make it available for our international customers in the near future.


4.2. Same Day Delivery

For customers seeking expedited delivery, we offer same-day delivery using GrabExpress or Lalamove within the KL and Selangor area. Please select the "Same Day Delivery" option during the checkout process. Additional delivery fees will apply, and the fees may vary based on your location.


4.3. Self Pick-Up

Self pick-up option is available for customers who prefer to collect their orders in person. Please select the "Self Pick-Up" option during the checkout process. We will provide you with details on the pick-up location and timing.


4.4. Delivery Times

We aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 business days of receiving payment. Shipping times may vary based on your location and chosen delivery method.


4.5. Courier Availability

Our standard couriers are DHL and JNT. Please inform us during the checkout process or contact our customer service if either of these courier services is unable to reach your location. We will make every effort to find a suitable alternative.


4.6. Delays

While we strive to meet delivery times, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We will promptly communicate any significant delays and work to resolve the issue.


4.7. Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

4.8. Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate shipping information. We are not liable for any delays or losses due to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


4.9. Shipping Confirmation

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. Please ensure that the provided email address is accurate to receive this notification.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Once your order is dispatched, the responsibility for the shipment lies with the courier service, and any issues or concerns should be addressed directly with them.
