RETURN & REFUND POLICY
5.1. All Sales Are Final
Please be aware that all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
5.2. Defective or Damaged Items
In the rare event of receiving a defective or damaged item (not applicable to damage caused by courier service and factory defects, e.g., glue on any part of the shoes, loose threads), contact us within 3 days with photo evidence. We may offer a replacement or store credit after inspection only if items are unused, in their original condition and with tags attached.
5.3. Order Accuracy
Check your order carefully before purchase. If you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 3 days for investigation and resolution.
5.4. Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once confirmed.
5.5. Refunds
Refunds are not allowed for any reasons. However, we offer the option to convert the refund amount into store credit.
